  3. Now take a non stick pan,,add oil now put all bharva onions into the pan…and cover it and cook for 5 mins on low flame..
  4. Now after 5 min just turn around the onions and cook from other side for also 5 min..now on dis stage add 4 tsp water and cover it and cook for another 5 min…
  5. Now check if it's made or water evaporates…and oil releases….ur tangy and spicy flower onions are ready…u can serve it with paratha,roti or dal rice…

Though few have mastered the art of doing these parathas with raw. Yes, you can freeze it too. Make sure to heat it properly and let it cool down before you freeze it. Onion paratha usually have less calories. Moreover, it depends upon greasing too.
