I like to use Crisco Baking Sticks because they are easy to handle. This is not a paid endorsement. Vegetable oil cooking spray is too light for cast iron cornbread stick pans. Odd because I use vegetable oil (not cooking spray) to grease my cast. This is a very nice cast iron cornbread mold.
